RTMFP issues forwarding portsto

Hello

I keep struggling to connect to a RTMFP server and this means i can't connect to any haxball rooms. However I managed to fix it on monday by forwarding all udp ports in the range of 1024 to 65535 and this allowed me to play some haxball on monday. Now on Tuesday I couldn't connect to haxball rooms again and I ain't sure how I fixed it on monday. Can somebody really good at IT help me pls on how to forward ports or resolve the issue

I know Chrome sometimes has hissy fits. Firefox works well for me, Opera recently stopped working but there's a browser called Midori. Extremely lightweight, simple to use and has no problems with flash as it uses the desktop version of Adobe's player, instead of pepperflash.

I'd also be weary of leaving that many ports open on your router. Leaving UPnP enabled should be sufficient for haxball.

Could also be something in your firewall definition, or if you have some form of IP filter like peerblock enabled.

If in doubt, remove the router and try a direct connection to the internet. See if it works then.

i used opera but i have the same problem on firefox chrome IE. I guess i try midori then thank you. However I do have a hunch it has something do with my firewall
