Can you make an XI + subs out of the teams that DIDN'T qualify? However to make sure you don't just post the Netherlands XI, you can only pick one player from each team. For convenience sake, the list of the teams that didn't make it is here (the unbolded teams):

Also if you really want to challenge yourself, you could try and fit at least one player from each pot into your first XI.

surprised you didn't mention any of the Kazakhtstan players, Logvinenko and Islamkhan looked pretty handy in the qualifiers, had the rest of the team had a bit more resolve they might have taken a few more points against some of the more successful teams in that group.

I think it's a decent squad that could advance to the quater-finals of the euros.
